Due to the fact that we are a small family business and in order to keep our prices low we

All prices are quoted exclusive of 15 minutes grace period. Should your driver be required to
wait beyond 15 minutes then waiting time charges apply from the original pick up time.
By supplying your contact detail you permit NorwichTransfer to contact you via email or SMS
and we promise never to supply your personal detail to third party.
Our vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims. However, customers
properties are carried entirely at their own risk and we will not be responsible / liable for any
loss/damage to such properties.
Customer will be responsible for any damage they may cause to our vehicle on hire to them and
will charged accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order reinstating the car to its
original state at the start of hire period.
Any variation in the original booking including extra mileage/stops may attract an extra charge.
Our drivers are experienced and professional and know their routes but will be obliged to take
an alternative route that is suggested or preferred by our clients. (5 apply)
Driver will call to arrange meeting the customer usually at pickup zone.
Bookings and Cancellation Policy
For a booking to be completed full postal address including post code, telephone number
(preferably mobile) full name and destination address and pick up time is required.
In view of cash payments, the Customer shall pay the journey charges to the driver upon arrival
to the destination, or earlier if the driver shall, at his absolute discretion, decide.
For first time customers full card payment is required exept if the pickup point is in Norwich or

Cancellation can be made 8 hours prior to the start of the booking, in this case full refund will be
Cancellation not informed up to 8 hours prior to time of booking will incur 100% of the booking
Additional surcharge of 50% on the price listed on the site may be added on the following dates
24, 25, 26, 31 December as well as 1st of January.
No refund will be issued for following:
If the passenger books for wrong date/time/wrong pickup address and/or other misleading
If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick up address without informing us for
any what so ever.
No reservation/cancellation is considered as accepted, until confirmed by email.
